ABOUT | ALP Original Art

I live in Holywell Village on the outskirts of Whitley Bay near the Northumberland coast. From a young age I have been captivated by both art and films.

I studied Fine Art at Northumbria University, graduating in July 2018. I am currently studying Masters of Fine Art (MFA) at Newcastle University.

I find a great deal of enjoyment in many different forms of art including film making, photography, drawing, painting, sculpture and installation. I have embraced each of these in one form or another during my studies. When not studying or working, I love to draw, paint, watch a movie or go walking. I am a keen photographer and many of my drawings and paintings were inspired by the images captured on my camera whilst on my travels.

I am very eager to begin a career in an art related environment/role and would welcome any opportunity to demonstrate my skill, commitment and enthusiasm to prospective employers.
